You should receive an email from Amazingwords.com containing links to download any of the books you've purchase.

If you paid using PayPal, it can take up to two hours for PayPal to confirm your payment before your download links are sent out.

If it has been longer than two hours since you've place your order, please reach out to us directly at: jacob@amazingwords.com and we'll be happy to look up your order and resend you those links.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and express check-out options such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

AmazingWords runs on the Shopify platform, so you can be feel confident that your transaction is safe and secure.

We wanted to make our books available to as many people as possible so we offer all of our books in digital format (PDF).

They may be purchased worldwide (without having to pay any expensive shipping costs).

After purchase, you can download and read them from any device, share them with friends, or personally print them if you want a hard copy. 

This is actually our first set of products and the responses have been so positive we are working hard to put out new books – We have had quite a few requests for different languages like Spanish, Portuguese, French, and even German! 

We do plan to publish our books in different languages but unfortunately we don't have it available yet.

Our books were written and created by a collaboration of highly-qualified writers and designers who brainstormed and worked hard together to make sure that we will create top-notch Bible guide resources. Some of the wonderful people behind our team are writers with Masters degrees in Religion, respected pastors, and creative designers who made sure that our guides will be as informative and helpful to our readers.

Our mission at AmazingWords is to produce quality resources to support people along their journey.

We do ask that you make your refund request within the first 60 days as it's a much smoother process to refund directly to the payment method you've used when you made your purchase but if it has been longer than 60 days, still reach out to us and we will see what arrangements we can make to ensure your satisfaction.

The core of our writings are based on the KJV (King James) and NKJV (New King James Version) editions of the Bible.

We do also reference the NIV (New International Version) in some of our ‘Notable Verse’ sections because the updated writing style is easier for readers to understand.

We also had many requests to include summaries of the books found in the Catholic versions of the Bible in our books and we have recently added those to our resources.
